About Us
Muniz Shiroi Shishi-Ryu Karate International Federation Nepal (MSSRKIF) has spent years building karate as a genuine pathway for young people across the country, not just a sport people try once and forget. Our focus has always been on youth: helping kids and teenagers build discipline, confidence, and physical fitness through structured training that respects both the tradition of karate and the realities of growing up in Nepal today.
Our programs run from beginner classes for children just starting out to advanced training for students working toward higher belts. Instructors emphasize proper technique, respect, and mental focus alongside the physical side of the art, so students leave each session having learned something about themselves, not just a new kick or block.
Tournaments are where that training gets tested. We’ve organized national-level championships bringing together players from a dozen or more districts, giving young athletes from Kathmandu to more remote areas a real stage to compete, win medals, and measure their progress against peers from across Nepal.
Whether a student joins for self-defense, fitness, or competition, MSSRKIF aims to give Nepal’s youth a structured, supportive space to grow through karate; one class, one tournament, one belt at a time.
